Three suspects arrested on charges of assault, kidnapping and first degree sexual offense.

Ten Sampson County teenagers reported they were held at gunpoint by suspects Terrance O'Brian Parker, Wayne Bernard Fleming and Orman Rashan Carroll for several hours and forced to smoke marijuana and perform sexual acts on one another while at a party held by one of the teens at a home in Salemburg.

According to the victims three suspects, two of which had handguns, forced the teenagers to empty their pockets and lay on the floor. The victims stated the suspects fired several shots in the residence, but injured no one and held them hostage for several hours. Suspect Terrance Parker attempted to force the victims to perform sexual acts upon one another. After the suspects left the victims notified the Sheriff's Office and an investigation began.

Suspects, Terrance O'Brian Parker, Wayne Bernard Fleming and Orman Rashan Carroll were each arrested and charged with ten counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon and ten counts of second degree kidnapping. Ten additional counts of assault by pointing a gun were filed against Terrance Parker and Wayne Fleming. Terrance Parker was also charged with ten counts of first degree forcible sexual offense.

All three suspects were taken into custody and charged in less than twenty-four hours of the report being filed. Terrence Parker was placed under a $950,000 bond, Wayne Fleming was placed under a $800,000 bond and Orman Carroll was placed under a $500,000 bond.
